My mom won't let me go over to my boyfriend's house so I was wondering what a good lie would be that would/has worked on parents.
Why doesn't she want you to go round there?
Much better not to lie. Acknowledge her concerns directly. Assure her that she need not worry. Support your assurance with something demonstrable. And if she still won't take you, find out how much a local taxi would cost.
My mom knows that I would be lying because she would be the one taking me over to his house.
go to his house after school and tell her youre staying to finish some work
