What is a good diet for a teen to go on to loose a couple pounds inches for summer weather?

If you are otherwise healthy, it’s fairly simple. Weigh yourself every morning [or at the same time each day] and record the measurement [I use an excel spreadsheet]. Eat what you normally would but, only eat half of each serving and exercise twice as much [walking around the block is all it takes]. Remember, it took time to gain your weight; it’ll take time to loose it. Plan to loose no more than a pound per week. I used this technique a couple years ago and lost 52 pounds over two years.
