What is a good, cheap underwater digital camera?

I really want an underwater digital camera but I have no idea what kind to get. What is a good, not too expensive one that will take great photos in and out of water?

Badaboom,

There are two styles of underwater cameras. The first is a waterproof camera that is taken as is into the water but can only reach a max depth of 20-30ft. On the other hand almost every major camera company today (I.e. Canon, Olympus, Sony etc.) make custom housings for their cameras. With the housing the range of depths is suitable for scuba diving or up to 150ft.

I don’t know but good and cheap doesn’t really work with anything ever.
