What is a better way to take out emotions so you dont have to cut?

I cut and try to commite suiccied, I dont know any other ways to take out my emtions, any advice?

I used to do that too. Went for “professional” and it didn’t help. Not that it wouldn’t help you. Anyway, what I did (still doing) is hang a piece of paper of cloth and start slashing it until I feel better. It worked for me.

Talking to someone a friend, family member adult you trust

punch a pillow or bite one or scream into one!

Well, I was in that situation a few years back. It is not easy. Maybe you should talk to a professional. It doesn’t always help, but often times it did. You also need to think of things to do instead of cutting. Or, what I was told: At least try to put it off as long as possible and sometimes the urge will pass.

1.Write poetry 2.Write in a journal 3.Homework 4.a social site 5.Funadvice 6.Research something 7.Cook something 8.Write a story 9.Listen to music 10.Make a collage 11.Paint 12.Read a book 13.Take a nap 14.Watch tv 15.Take a bath 16.Organize your room 17.Fold clothes 18.Do laundry 19.Put together a puzzle 20.Read a magazine

You have a perfectly good life, you have everything you need to survive. A person from a 3rd world country would die to be as fortunate as you are yet you take life for granted.

Listen, everyone has problems, I have problems, I cant get into university because of ONE subject, you know how frustrating it is to see my mum fight with her parents just to make sure I have a chance in life to be what I want? I pray to god to solve my problems, I have a gym set which I use when im stressed, I even punch my pillow when I want to, but I have ways to express my emotions.

Get some help, your a girl, its OK to cry but appreciate what you have and think about the less fortunate people in the world who have nothing and who have 10X more stressful life than you

You urgently need to seek the help of a professional. You need to find a psychologist. You have to stop hurting yourself because that is not going to make it better for you. Find other ways to deal with your emotions. We all become angry and frustrated one time or the other in life. We have to find constructive ways to deal with anger and hurt. Maybe take up a karate or yoga class to help you cope and relax. At the same time begin to take counseling. I truly wish you well, good luck.
