What helps raise confidence?

so I have relized that I have a little bit of low self-confidence… what can I do to improve that? its just normal teen stuff like not feeling pretty enough or skinny

#1 believe in God and have faith in Jesus #2 put some make-up on, try a new hair do, that always helps me feel better. hope that helps

You dont need to be skinny and you are already pretty, be happy with what you have hun, and you already look thin too!! you dont need to boost your confidence, you just need to open your eyes and look in the mirror, your prettier than you think im guessing. dont worry so much about your image, teenage girls tend to, I should know im 15!! but people arent going to have a conversation with your skiinnyy tummy are they!! its the personality that counts!! always!:) xxx

Get out of your comfort zone. Try something you’ve always been scared of and stick to it. For example learn to dance, get over your fear of heights if you have one etc. etc. That will boost your confidence and also help you to focus on life a bit differently.

It helps to look at yourself through different perspectives. Try looking at yourself and jotting down everything that is good and bad about you and do a comparison. Always the good outweighs the bad and I can guarantee that. Instead of looking at yourself wrongly, appreciate what you have as an individual. Whether it be having luscious lips, alluring hair etc. Keep in mind that no one is perfect alright, but you can be yourself perfectly. Just love yourself alright your the only one that can be you.

Dressing how you like to and wearing clothes that make you feel good about yourself is a start. Wearing clothes that bring out your physique is something that is sure to work. If you want too you can wear makeup, I wouldn’t recommend it though – natural beauty is always best.
