how do you get help from the army to remove a tattoo before enlisting
I doubt if it’s possible - the Army has no obligation to you until after you are accepted and enlist.
the army cant help you with the tattoo you need to get it off yourself the only thing they have now is getting them off with lasers its pretty expensive as well
