I just took my one year old of the formula to milk. What kinds of healthy foods can he eat I know formula had a lot of nutritions so I'd like him to keep getting every thing he needs.
pureed fruit, soft vegetables like boiled carrots, mashed potatoes. I would advize not to give your child any fruit juices just yet. as they contain acids and quite a bit of sugar... which could damage the childs still developing teeth/gums. oatmeal. wholegrain toast strips.
you can give him any fruit (mashed / crushed),but must give 1 medium apple everyday morning / evening snack, fruit juice, green vegetables oatmeal, 1 slice bread with cheese / omett, bioled egg without yolk etc.
gerber makes a lot of healthy baby foods like smuched squash and brocklie they also make little meals of spaggtie ask some one at your local grocery to take you to the right ile and pick some for your baby
I think at that age you can feed him pretty much anything your eating, as long as its mushed up and very soft. I'm pretty sure my parents did for me :P
