Feeding a picky 1 year old

My one year old little girl does not want gerber baby foods anymore since she tasted table food. What are good things that I can feed her and feel like she is getting the right nutrients that she needs?

Answer #1

my niece really enjoys watermelon, rice, soft crackers, bananas to name a few “table” food.

but I think if your kid is one she’s ready for the big girl food anyway

Answer #2

yoghurts are a great choice- they usually love them . you can get them with extra calcium and other nutrients these days. Try to find out which ones have the least added sugar though. Banana is another good choice. Carrot sticks . Mashed potato . brown bread. Crab sticks- I know a toddler that adores them LOL. errr…tuna paste. spaghetti hoops-bit messy sometimes! any bits of fruit like graped , cherries without the sees, kiddies oranges. Mince potato with peas and carrots mashed in together is a good easy meal to feed them.

Answer #3

low fat cottage cheese, brown rice and sweet corn

Answer #4

carrots and regular stuff like that and some fruits, but set them on a plate in a fun decorative way. hope all works out :)
