what heppens if I eat 1000 calories a day will the next day turn the other 1000 calories I to fat
The human body is a fascinating machine. It adapts to extreme changes quite well. If you decrease your caloric input for say a week, you will see a little bit of weight loss for the first few days. After that you wont notice any more weight loss and you will wonder why that is. It is because your body will adapt to the lower number of calories and it will learn to run off of that, thus stopping further weight loss.
But it is highly ill-advised to be only consuming 1000 calories a day. Especially if you are young and your body is still growing.
it depends.uhmm I would eat less and see where it takes you then if it goes no where then start workin it off.only if your trying to lose pounds
You get hungry...and loose weight.
