What foods should I stay away from?

I want to give up most junk foods for lent. well all junk foods, and I know I should stay away from like, chips and candy and things of the sort..but what are some other foods in the junk food area that I should stay away from?

Try to stay away from all heavily processed foods. Anything not mostly natural. Good for you: fresh fruits and veggies, whole grain bread, milk, whole meats, etc. Not so good for you: Candy, soft drinks, chicken nuggets or hot dogs, etc.

The best way to give up junk food is to buy nothing but fresh veggies, meat and fruits. Cook a fresh meal every night. Many things that your dont think are junk food really are…almost everything is processed now and had way too much corn starch in it which is only a filler. In fact, when you cook, at a little spice to your food. Studies show that people who eat spicier food actually eat less and better because the peppers actually speed up your metabolism.
