What effect of x-rays?

Could I be sterile from having my vagina x rayed as a small child? I had to get it x-rayed about 3 times when I was 8.

I think you’re probably fine…I can’t tell how old you are, but assuming you’re under 20…xrays have come a long ways, and nowadays the dosage is very low.

If they x-raying your pelvic area, then there would be no lead cover in that area… You might have just been lucky with your boyfriend. Fertility also comes in degrees…not all people are equally fertile.

PS…you might want to learn to use condoms correctly so you don’t have so many ‘breaks’…

im 18. but there was no lead cover, so thats why im concerned. my boyfriend and I have had so many condum breaks, it seems like I should have gotten pregnant, but I havent… I dont want to be, but I am concerned.
