what does this dream mean?

My friend Jason had this dream;; He’s in the jungle.In the army.Fighting in a war.He’s walking..And then someone is running after him.So he starts running, too.And then he falls in a ditch, and he’s in a desert.And then he gets out of the ditch, and starts running again. Then he’s in a different place…Like a rain forest. And he gets to this waterfall.And there’s three islands he can see in the distance, in the opposite direction of the waterfall. Each island has one girl on it (that he knows) and he can only save one.Bombs are being dropped from the sky.There’s a bomb shelter near by, but he doesn’t know which girl to get. And then more people are running after him. So he starts running towards one of the girls, but falls in another ditch. Then the bad guys are there, and they are shooting at him in the ditch.and then he wakes up. He’s been having this dream time and time again.Each time he’s tried picking different girls, but he never has enough time to get to any of them. What does this mean? PS, Jason’s only a Jr in HS. He hasn’t been in the army.
