What does poor circulation have to do with feeling cold?

I feel cold all the time. I have the chills even indoors. The temperature outside has to be above 80 degrees to feel good.

Ye your blood circulating round your body is what keeps your body temperature up so if youve got poor circulation its harder to do this. Try light excercise to help your circulation and also to warm you up. Xo:)

I’m gonna take a wild guess haha. I think it has something to do with like.. your blood keeps your temperature up, so if you have poor circulation, it’s harder for your body to warm up.
