What does it mean, and what foods/drinks make your poop soft?
Wow, what an excelent subject to talk about...
Anyway, when your poop is soft, it means you are healthy, but if it is too soft, such as diaria it is not healthy.
Usually to have "HEALTHY POP"lol you eat lots of vegetables and fruit such as cucombers, tomatoes, apricots, dates, etc...

Yeah, fiberous foods like fruits, veggies, and whole grains tend to make BMs soft and comfortable
Meat, fish, foul, eggs, and dairy have no fiber at all and when they make the majority of people's diet they tend to have hard difficult BMs.
