This is a little long well I was talking to my mom early and I told her that in july ill probably be going with my njrotc classes for a week. And she ask if I was gonna join the navy after highschool. I told her I don't know cause at first I was 100% sure I wasnt gonna join cause I was planning on moving with this girl after highschool and start a career. But yea something happen between us and we not talking to each other no more.so now I don't see why I shouldnt join the navy.I don't got no reason to stay in my hometown there nothing here that can help me in life. This is not a easy choice to make. Each got some huge pro and cons that will affect my life. I don't even know if the navy will accept me. Cause I got asthma and a speech problem.plus I wanted to go to college. But my mom said I can go to college in the navy or something like that. Also could someone list some pro and cons for both choices (t know which one to choose. By next august ill probably a junior in highschool. So what one do you think is better for me? Or any advice on this or anything will help thank
With the way terrorism is and may become I'm not so sure you're safer in a civilian career - you get so many excellent things from military service that indeed make you a more disciplined, respectful, responsible person at a young age - skills that last a lifetime - just weigh your interests between the two and you'll be fine !
Well, with the armed forces if you make it you can become extremely successful . But if your afraid you dont have to go now, meaning you can wait until another point in your life. Plus it doesnt have to be the Navy. You can go to the coast guard, army, airforce, etc.
depends what you prefer. a daily routine of work everyday or action. I would say the navy because it's a lot more action and challenges. but it's up to you. :D
