How to make my Dad keep my abusive brother?

hi well my brother is 14 years old and he is living with my dad at the moment and he is very mean and abusive to my mom and me and he is being bad up there with my dad now and he is tired of him and my dad is saying what should I do and stuff and wants him to come back with us what should I say or do because he is abusive to us and I cant handle my brother plese let me know?:(

It’s your dad’s job to maintain order in the family - it should not be put on you - your Dad needs to determine what is in the families best interests…I wish you all the very best !!

YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE YOUR DAD KEEP HIM BUT YOUR MOM CAN TURN HIM INTO JUVINILE AUTHORITES FOR ABUSE THAT WILL STRAIGHTING HIM OUT REAL QUICK

if hes physically abusive the kid just needs his rear end beat until he bleeds out his eye sockets, if its just yelling and crying about everything, it only gets worse, sorry, I cant really say how to make your dad keep him, ship him off to live with a grandparent, kids typically like their grandparents better than direct parents.
