How can I curb nighttime cravings?

i am 5’3” and i weigh 134 pounds. i try to eat healthy but always end up eating poorly at night. what can i do to lose weight, or lose my cravings?

To avoid night cravings I drink English breakfast tea with skim milk. Replace sugar with splenda. tea fills you up a lot

it all depends on how old u are and how ur body structure is but if u want to lose weight try excercising and eating less carbs and starch and u should lose weight hoped i helped!!! but 135 doesnt seem so bad
