I had that problem too, its quite frustrating.

As for knowing what you want to say and actually putting it in words. That seems to be your problem. What you can try is forming an outline, outlines are very effective with this. It helps organize your thoughts and give you time to think about how to word your sentences properly. This wiki page should help you with writing your outline

As for problem number 2.

If this is really a problem then its best to talk it out with your teacher about it. Usually your teacher should let you do the work however best its suites you. I’m a bit baffled though this is what you said

I have to have the title, the introduction then the content, and then conclusion written that way.

So this means that the title goes first, then the introduction followed by the content and closed by the conclusion. Then you said I can not right the content then an introduction Now based on how your supposed to write and how your writing it. You confusing yourself lol. You have the right format you just seem to be confused by it – or I’m entirely wrong about this all.

well what I mean is like I know the format goes intro > > >etc etc… but I mean it as in some of my teachers are like well write the content first then come up with your conclusion then you intro or something. sorry it was not detailed enough my question haha sorry about that. its some form of ocd I guess. and thanks :D
