Every once in a while I get a horribly painful rash-like cluster of acne on my body. I am not submitting photos and it isn't a rash. They seem to happen with tight clothing or sometimes in shorts that are too tight on the cuff.
I am not giving up jeans and I am a shower fanatic. What can I do to control this?
Try to balance out your diet, eat more vegetables and whole grains. the issue could be caused by an imbalance of foods, if you eat too much that is high in fats or cholesterol, it can contribute to this. Also, if you exercise more, it will help to break up the toxins in your body.
