What can I say to her about her hair?
My best friend and I are classified as ‘scene’, and we are totaly ok with it, but we have another friend. She has a tendancy to copy other people… to the extreme! She had just gotten a super cute haircut, but then went and got it done ‘scene’. It just isnt her!
Now she goes around in clothes which she thinks are ‘scene’, but she dosnt look right. And she goes around saying how scene she is and all that. Now I no I should let her explore and stuff, but my bestie and I… I guess it just bugs us, cause she is kind of a poser. Her attitude has also changed and she is so different. I want my old friend back, but I dont know how to say all this with out her hateing on me?!
She is just as “scene” as you are. It’s a fad. The people that look more like “posers” are the ones who complain about everyone else doing the same thing they are. Imitation is the best form of flattery, anyway. You’re all just kids. This is a phase you’ll be out of by next year, so don’t worry about what she’s doing and worry about yourself.
well one thing,when yuhhr sceneyuhh dont go telling everybody that. yuhh just let people judge. I guess yuhh can call me scene, but I dont go telling my friends that I am. so yeahh, she shudnt be going and telling people that she is scene..I think yuhh need to just stand up to her, and tell her dressing ‘scene’ is just not ehr style. Tell her it might be right fer yuhh and yuhhr best friend, but notv fer her.
