  I doubt that any doc can legally see her.. not sure where your from tho. Here in the states you have to be 16 or older to see a doc without parental cosent. ( plan parent hood might see younger.. not sure there.)

  Now you might get a Doc to "Look" @ something but without insurance info they wont do much to help ya.. unless you pay cash but your so young where ya gonna come up with that kind of funds...
