Push-ups I don’t believe will help you lose weight. It will help you build muscle in your arms, though. Aha. Some people don’t realize that when you lose weight you lose it in your face first, and then your chest, and then your stomach, and then your legs. You don’t just drop a couple pants sizes right away. It doesn’t work like that.

Well Im not gunna lie, I dont eat at all, and I have lost quite a bit of weight. My cat pee’d on my scale and broke it lol so I cant see how much I’ve lost.. But its allot. I’ve just been atuned to not eating because I never had any time to. So, I guess that is my way of losing weight, not like I wanted it that way though. But if you do this.. Like you said you havnt been eating.. But realize that once you are the weight you wish to be at, you need to start eating regular HEALTHY meals and EXERCISE. If you dont start eating once you like your weight, you will become way to skinny and look disgusting. But the exercise will keep you at that weight. Make sure you know (by how much you eat) how much callories you will need to burn off a day then.. Otherwise you will gain all the weight back, plus more. Now, If you wish to take a healthier aproch to this, just start exercising allot more and eat only healthy meals. If you want to have desert, only allow a small amount only once every 3-4weeks. Also, dont eat dinner after 6pm. Unless you are more active after that time, because most people stop running around and what not by that time, so if you eat after 6 and do no exercise.. Your going to gain weight. Hope I helped, and made a lil sense at least lol :)

If you starve yourslef your stomach will shrink so when you eat more than ushal you’ll blow up like a balloon!

If you really want to loose weight and keep it off you’ll have to stick to an exersize and diet plan thta fits your lifestyle.

Using smaller plates when your eating helps limit how much you eat

Hope I helped, good luck :D

Sorry “lalala95” but just saying.. Your fat leaves before your muscles. Proven fact. Thats another reason why once your at a good weight, you need to start eating and exercising more. other wise you will feel tired, and weak all the time.

What is a good idea would be Eat normal meals like breakfast ecspecialy. And Small meals like enough to fill you. Exercise do like pushups sit ups or just take a long walk or jog everyday. Dont over eat but do not starve yourself trust me. I think crunches would be a good idea if your worryed about that little stomach fat because I whave a lil and I’ve been doing ab muscle work outs and its really tightening it up. if you weigh yourself and it says you whegh more afytewr uve gained muscle thats whats gonna happen lol. drink lots of water to stay highdrated and dont ver eat and excersice thats the main thing

Well not eating is definitely not a good way to loose weight; when you starve yourself, your muscles deteriorate first, not your fat. What I do to loose weight, is just cutting off junk food or constant snacking (yes it’s hard! haha) and instead eat maybe 1 or 2 pieces of something sweet a day, and for the rest of my snacks I eat wraps, dried fruit, stuff like that. Also, jogging is really good, just don’t over-exercise. If you don’t have access to a treadmill or exercise stuff, try just dancing in your room to your favorite music :) it helps me lol.

Also, ask your doctor before really dieting! Or someone who knows bout that stuff. AND the Wii Fit is reeeally good :)
