How to convince Mom to call a laywer after accident?
Okay well I was just in a car accident recently, I went to the emergency room Cause I was having really sharp pains in my upper back, and my neck felt really stiff, plus my side has been bothering me on & off since the accident. My boyfriend & I were in the accident, he was the driver & the accident wasnt his fault, The police report said so. He has already called a lawyer to get started into physical therapy so his injurys can be treated, I would like to do the same, But my mom wont call a lawyer? I even stayed out of school cause My back is causing me problems. What should I do to convience her to call a lawyer?
I don’t think theres anything you can do but sit her down and calmly discuss why you want/need one. If she still says no, then you should just go to a doctor. If your back/neck still hurts then you should definitely see a doctor.
Ask her how she expects you to get treated without the lawyer
