How do I just loss weight in my stomach.I quit smoking and gained a lot of weight there. I do sits ups what else can I do

there is this trick my hockey coach told me. lie down on the ground. look up at a kind of 45 degree angle. push up on your elbows and hold. if you do it right then it should stretch and work the stomach muscles.

eat lots of protein-meat, eggs, fish, milk, lowfat yogurt, etc,. do about 150-200 situps a day. (if you dont already)
