What are these odd zit-like growths?

I have recently had growths that look like zits on my thighs and buttocks. They are similar to a genetic skin condition I’ve had since I was eleven but have grown substantially in size, they are currently almost the size of a penny and when I attempt to pop them like zits they bleed like crazy, and sometimes a hard white substance comes out. I asked my doctor about them, concerned it may be an STD or something like, but she said they were just pimples. Are they or should I go to another dr and get a second opinion?

omg ! I’ve been getting the exact same thing! they just keep coming and the ones that are gone leave scars all over my legs which really pisses me off. Anyways, I went to the doctors, my doctor told me it was just an inflammation of hair follicle, she gave me this cream, fuciden cream to get rid of them, please dotn try popping them! they make the scars so much worst! Also, I found a way to slow down the growth of more, mine keeps coming, I bought like a facial scrub with beads, loofah or some sort of exfoliating cleanser would work, I used it on the area every other day, and eventually less came. Give this a try, maybe itll help. and if you ever find some way of getting rid of them completely please tell me :D

That would be a good idea, acne isn’t normally suppose to get that big. I think you should go see a doctor because what if it’s an infections and it gets worse? If you feel uncomfortable with seeing a doctor you can try a acne treatment to see if they start to disapear, if not I’d go see a dermatologist/doctor. :P Goodluck.
