What are these indents on my calves?

About half a foot above my heel, there are these two weird lines going across the back of my leg. They are identical, and are not indents from a sock or from pressing my legs against a table. They are squishy, and slightly darker than my skin tone. (I’m not sure if its due to a shadow or not.) When I flex my leg, right where the muscle starts to get bigger on my calve, that is where my line is. It doesn’t hurt or itch. Does anyone have a clue what this is?

Yes, but it is a straight across line that looks like it was pressed against a table. It’s not just the shape of my muscle… it doesn’t APPEAR when I flex, I’m just giving you a general idea of where it is.
