What are the symptoms of miscarriage?

I was not aware that I was pregnant but the other day I woke up with a dull ache in my lower back and stomach cramps that gradually got worse then I had a sudden sharp pain in my lower abdomen and some clear fluid gushed out and then I was bleeding heavily for the next 3 hours or so. Some of the people I know say that it sound like a miscarriage but how can I find out for sure?

it does sound like a miscarrige yes unless you were on your period there is no other reason why blood would be gushing out of you you should really go to the hospital as soon as you can dont wait any longer go NOW

I dont know for sure if those are the symptons of a miscarriage but I think you should go to the doctors office , dont stress over it too much .
