  the risks are the same as lying in the sun and tanning. It's just more convenient because now you can do it all year round and not just in summer.

  Best thing is spray on tans or anything self tanning. Also if you start very slow (no more than 10minutes at a time on the tanning bed then you shouldn't burn badly or anything, but it is bad for your skin)

  it causes skin cancer. or makes a more chance tha you will get it. it could burn you too. try spray on tan..

  You don't have to get a tan oh ah there is such a thing as spray on tan.
