what are the most important qualities for trying to become a model?

the main thing about being a model is looks.

right now most modeling agencies are looking for:

-tall, slender (most women should be at least 5’7”) -attractive or good-looking -perfect skin -good teeth -healthy, well-cut hair -photogenic -a body well in proportion -best measurements for female models are 34” bust, 24” waist, and 34” hips. (respectively for a female model who is 5’9”) apparently, if you are within 2 or so inches of these measurements you are ideal. -on time for appointments -if you are plus-size, body should be toned and well in proportion -though age doesn’t matter much most ideal age is between 15 to 22 years old. -must be thoroughly professional -willing to travel alone, be self-reliant -communicational skills, patience -YOU SHOULD HAVE A PORTFOLIO -character -a good knowledge of acting, and a camera-friendly attitude

most models, have to be tall, and slender so that you can fit into the designers clothing.. skin should be toned up..you skin don’t have to look flawless, that what to make up is for.. your teeth do have to be straight , because there’re a lot of models who’s teeth needs to be straight and they are famous to. just keep you lips closed. that’s basically it. sometimes it depends on what some agencies are looking for at the time..
