Its just a basic question just want some tips on exercises I could do to help tone my body up =) danke x
I have ab-lounge it is were you sit in this reclining chair and pull up and crunch it is like doing crunchs except it gets you off the floor and it works I got abs that you wouldnt believe just try if it dosent work then I guess it back to crunchs on the ground good luck!!!
any ab workouts. modified sit ups. crunches modified pull ups, ab-ish things. and modified pullups are you lay under a bar keep your stomach straight and pull up without un dtraigtning your belly. its harder then it seems lol
