What are some good make-up tips for small eyes?

I have small green eyes, how can I make them appear larger and more vibrant. I have cover girl eye shadow that is meant for green eyes but I dont know how I should apply for the best look and what is really good foundation that covers well and that wont cause acne

I would say, use a lot of maskara and put some eyeliner on your top lid behind the maskara. Good Luck!

dont ware eyliner!!!… eyeliner makes eyes look smaller depending on how dark or think you ware it… Get some really really good makara.. before you put the maskara on!!! layer your eyes with eyeshadowss like a light gray at the very top od your eyelids then get som purple and follow that light fray up… then put your maskara on! =) as for fundation that dosent make you brake out!!! try liquede coverup! and dont ever ever go to sleep with it on… it will olnly make you brake out more!!! !! Facts are facts!
