  I think the court system takes into consideration what the children want. which means if the kids want to stay with you that will be taken highly in consideration. The above did have a good point. Also if you can support them with child support I think that has something to do with it too.

  Ok people let me explain here. I'm 13 my kids are in my grade AKA there friends who call me mom. I just brike up with my boyfriend AKA we were fighting over the custody of are "Kids" AKA Its like a game.
