What are some good exercises?

What are some good exersises I can do when I am just sitting around, to help me lose weight and be toned?

I’ll give you three that will guarantee to tone you if you do them enough and trust me, it gets really boring doing them all the time but they will work and everyone knows how to do them.

Pushups, even modified are okay but if you can’t do fifty, your arms and back probably aren’t too toned and they’ll do the trick fast. Crunches Lunges, several different ones. Put one leg in front of the other and lunge down, make sure your front knee does not go farther than your front toe or you risk injuring your knee. The other lunge you can do is put your feet shoulder width apart and squat, again making sure your knees don’t go farther than your front toe.

These three exercises in mass quantities are really all you need to get in shape, just really hard to do them when you first start! Good luck!
