What are exercises to tone my thighs?

My thighs aren’t huge, but I still wish they were a bit smaller and toned. Any advice on what exercises or stretches to do?

walk alot, take stairs, and during sex, ride him. the only porblem is, i got stretch marks on my inner thighs doing all those stuff mentioned.

any person who loses weight too quickly or stretches their skin too much will get stretch marks! and its only human! do squats! and leg lifts! and I suggest if you do have ankle weights strap them to your ankels and in various directions just move them up and down and hunny in no time you’ll have amazeing thighs! but you have to keep it up!!! and once you get to your goal dont quit like any excericise if you quit then you’ll get what you started with, good luck! oh and rideing your bike, and swimming are also very good :) ps put queen anns or other brands of cocoa butter cream and lotion on your legs and various body parts if you desire this will help with stretch marks!

Hi,

Lunges and squats immediately come to mind as exercises that strengthen as well as firm and tone the thighs. They’ll work your quads, hamstrings, and butt. Use ankle weights or exercise tubing to do a variety of inner and outer thigh exercises on the floor.
