What are some of the best exersises to tone my body? Thank you:)
The key thing is to make sure you tone your entire body and not just concentrate on one thing. Work on your weak points the most instead of things that just show up first. The things you hate working out should be the ones you work so that you feel more comfortable with that muscle group.
Specify what type of exercises you want. There are TONS of exercises which you can just look through on yahoo and google. It also matters which equipment is available to you.
Depends what part you want to tone. If you want to tone your thighs do lunges, if you want to tone your butt do butt clenches, if you want to tone your stomach do sit-ups, if you want to tone your arm/shoulder/chest/back muscles do press ups and/or pull ups. There are millions of others. Just do a google search and you should be able to find what you want.
