Im wanting to do some exercises. What are good ones to do to tone your thighs, calves, & stomach. Will wall sets work? Squats? Give me some moreee!

wall sits work and so do squats but theres sissors. If you dont know what they are then look them up. step ups. and yoga and pilates. They streach you at just as much as work you out. And to get involved in a fun sport will help if you want to loose weight.
