Answer #2

I’ve never heard of “wet” eyeshadow. However, I have heard of cream eyeshadow.

I don’t know about mixing water with your eyeshadow. I’m not sure what would happen. However, you can add petroleum jelly to make cream eyeshadow.

Wet eyeshadow is wettened eyeshadow, best done when the BRUSH is wet and rubbed on dry eyeshadow.. The color comes out brighter, and lasts much . Its harder to blend because its so dense, but the color quality and precision of control is worth it.

Answer #4

there is a liquid mix my friend has, idk where she got it, but she mixes it with her dry eyeshadow and it works the same

Answer #5

Just heed caution using petrolium because it can clog pores and if you use this for an extended period of time, sweat or have oily skin it can lead to break outs.

Answer #6

Wet eyeshadow is eyeshadow that is made into a sort of creamy mixture. You simply wet your applicator brush and dip it into the eyeshadow. Before you wet your actual eyeshadow rather than blush, you have to make sure that it can be wet. Some contain oil which will turn solid hard when you apply water on them. Check the back of your eyeshadow or see the brand website to confirm whether it can be wet. Depeding on how wet your brush is, the colour of your eyeshadow will differ so experiment with it.
