Okay heres the deal her husbad(my real father) is abusive and I hat him but she does everything for him. He hit her and them she goes and buys him a new phone. He hits me and he starves me and my brother. So how do I tell her she can either keep me as a child or keep that biatchass muthafuka husband but if she keeps him im out.

I would call the cops.. yeah your mom will be mad but she will get over it and hopefully she well pick her kids, and if she dont I am sorry but that makes her a bad mom.
Call the cops, now. That's child abuse and battery to your mother and you dont have to stand for it. Have proof ready (bruises etc.)
