How can I lose some weight the healthy way?

How can I lose some weight(the healthy way) so I dont always feel fat

Answer #1

No offense, but I don’t think you really need to lose weight.

OK, OK, if you REALLY want to do something, here are some suggestions:

  1. Less junk food: It’s so full of trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, or strange chemicals manufactured in New Jersey chemical factories.
  2. No more fast food
  3. Eat more oat bran and other whole grains.
  4. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
  5. Get more of your fat consumption from monounsaturated fat (a healthy fat) and Omega 3 fatty acids (a healthy fat that’s hard to come by) and less from saturated fat. Avoid trans fat.
  6. See the movie Supersize Me. The movie so grossed me out that I haven’t eaten at McDonalds since. It was a few weeks before I could eat fattening food again.
  7. See the movie Fast Food Nation. It’s GRUESOME! Prepare to have your appetite for red meat annihilated for several days. You will actually contemplate becoming vegetarian.
  8. Read the book Fast Food Nation.

But to be quite honest, I don’t think you’re fat. I hate to say this, but you look pretty. You need to stop reading women’s magazines. These magazines exist for the advertisers, not the readers. The advertisers are trying to make you think you’re ugly so that they can sell you their product by claiming to have the beauty miracle of all time. Of course, once you’ve bought their product, they’ll lead you to believe that you’re ugly again so they can sell you their latest product. Note how most of these magazines consist of mostly ads and very little content. Actually, even articles are often ads disguised as actual content. What you might not know is that the advertisers often dictate to the magazine what articles to write and threaten jump ship if they don’t get their way. Of course, the articles that the advertisers want are those that promote their products. Naturally, the advertisers don’t want any articles that put them or their products in a negative light.
