How do I drop weight fast for dance tryouts?

alrighty well i got this HUGE problem, well not rlly a problem but its bugging me, i gained a bunch of this excess weight over the summer and its bugging me non stop idk how to get rid of it,i’ve tried diet and exercise but it just wont leave! and i need 2 get rid of it rlly quick cuz dance tryouts are comming up soon and im just lost on how 2 get it off! yea its a stupid question but its ben bugging me so any suggestions on how ta get off a few extra pounds in a month?

Hi,

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
