How to lose weight the healthy way?

I'm 18 ...at the end of last school year my mom caught me purging to lose weight..I had only done it 2 or 3 times at that point..she sent me to the doctor..but like any stubborn 17 year old I didnt want to listen ..over summer I ate very little and ended up being way to thin ..dropped about 30/40 pounds...I began very depressed gained it all back and more through emotional eating habits...I'm between 5'6 and 5'7 and now 150 pounds...my normal weight at which I look healthy and athletic and feel good is about 120 ...I really want to loose this weight in about 3 months..in other words before my summer vacation and senior trip ...I know that is about 30 pounds..and I would like to do it healthy..but I am very impatient also..any advice? ..and diet pill recomendation? ...anything!
