Weight loss for a fatty

Ok, so I’m 6’6’’ and 253LBS. I have a bunch of muscle, but I hate fat over it. my prom is on May 1st, its currently April 26th. I have been working hard and lost 15lbs, my goal is 20lbs tho. how do I lose that extra 5lbs in 5 days? I need it especially around my stomach. someone please help. I’ll do anything.

um..I agree with what the first girl said…you should be proud of how much you have already lost…but if you want just do a lot of cardio (running on the tredmill or just running anywhere)…and pilates tones it..it gives you abs and nice muscles..I just did 3 lessons and you could see some difference…but dont stress..you did awesome.

Try wearing a stretchy piece of clothing that will suck you in some - like when a woman wears Spanx that suck her stomach in.

oh I know it doesnt happen over night. But I need to fit into my tux, its tight around the stomach

I’m sorry to say that 5 pounds in 5 days is an unrealistic goal! You are being to hard on yourself, look at how much you have lost already - you should be proud of your acomplishments and have a plast at your prom. Weight loss takes time and hard work - it doesn’t happen over night.
