Weight loss after kids.
Ok so this is my problem maybe someone can help I am having a difficult time losing my pregnancy weight I know ill probly never get back down to my exact pre pregnancy body but I need to know how to make this happen no matter how much I lose there is still that pooch ladies you know what im talking about so men women anybody out there have any tips on how I can make this weight come off I’ve never had this problem until I had a baby so please no stupid answers only real people with real answer thanxs !
hmm a lot of water running and ab exercises and dont eat after 7pm <it works I lost 9 pounds in a week , my mum never lost her weight after having me but still shes not fat …I heard that if you have a baby at 8 months you lose the weight automatically but thats not really safe is it
what my problem is is I have a lot going on im a mom wife work full time and I go to school so going to the gym is very hard for me and where I live its exsp for a gym membership and at the moment I cant afford 300 + for the gym what can I do at home?
Breastfeeding helps, for starters
And keep in mind, that you’ll be very busy for awhile, so you’ll burn off a lot of fat, rather quickly
Eat healthy, stay active (bringing baby for walks does wonders for both of you), do some sit ups to help that “baby belly”…your body will remember it’s previous form

Yes, sit ups do work…but make sure you’re safe to do them
When I was pregnant my abdominal muscles split apart and I had to wait for some time to be able to get into doing that sort of thing

see what don’t understand I was told that sit ups dont work is that true or not?
I’m not even sure why they said that but all I know is I want to lose at least 40 lbs but being a busy mom work a full time job and go to school I have no clue how to fit it in and make it happen I don’t wan to take a long time to do it is it possible to lose 30- 40 lbs in about 3-4 months?
walking, sit ups, eat 3 hours before bed!!! Try some work out videos, slim in 6 worked for me.
