how can I hide my anorexia from friends & family?
How are you going to hide it from them when you wind up in a coffin? People with anorexia often die of malnutrition or heart failure. It causes major damage to other organs as well. If you choose to hide it from your friends, don’t worry- they won’t be your friends much longer, especially when you snap at them for no reason (due to being scratchy from your hunger).
Do yourself a favour and get some help in treating this mental illness.
