How can I lose 20-30 pounds?

Im 13, im like, 160 pounds, Im fat. Im ugly because of being fat. People saymy face is beautiful, and I agree, But my body is ugly. I wear a size 13 in junior’s jeans, and a large in shirts. How do I get to be like, 115 or 120, maybe even 130?! Please help quick. I need to loose it all before November. I have a wedding to be in and im willing to work my @$$ off! Give me specific worksout and food to eat on each day. Thank you.

Dance is a really good workout but ANY workout will work. You just have to do it! You will get good results as long as you are doing it 3-5 times a week. Don’t push your self to hard that can turn out bad and you can hurt yourself. It isn’t what you eat unless you walk around eating sweets all day. You should eat a good size breakfast and a normal size lunch and then a smaller dinner. Since you aren’t as active at night as you are during the day. There should be a cut off on your food and drink intake at night. (You can drink water.) If you go to bed at 11:00pm then you shouldn’t have anything to eat or drink after 7:00 or 8:00pm. You shouldn’t be as worried about how much you weight as you are. As long as you look good, your weight shouldn’t be a problem. Everyone has different body types and you may not look good at 120lbs. weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both you also shouldnt loose any more than 1-2 pounds each week you should also see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose to be in the ehalthy weight range

to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar

put a black binbag over the top half of your body and tuck it into your trousers or shorts and wear a baggy top over it (tear holes for your head and arms) and either walk, jog or run, the bag will draw the sweat from your body and you will lose weight rapidly. but remember DO NOT OVER DO IT. 3 - 4 times a week for an hour and eat 5-6 times a day instead of big meals, stay away from white braed and white rice, wholemeal bread and pasta etc, plenty of veg, fish, and other seafood, prawns etc are all good. just remeber it takes time, there is no miracle way to lose weight

Here is the thing, you CAN lose that amount of weight in 30 days BUT, you will practically need to live at the gym. The people that say it can’t be done are outright wrong BUT few people will do what it takes, so, for the avg. person, they won’t be losing 20 lbs in 30 days.

If you want to drop the 20 lbs, here is what you need to do. I doubt you will do it, but, it will work.

–Do over 3 hours of cardio a DAY. Yes, a day! As a matter of fact, most likely you will have to shoot for over 3 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Not all of it needs to be super intense and sweaty, but it does need to be a long session where you burn a boat load of calories a day. The first hour of it should be the most intense where you work up a bit of a sweat and the rest can be slow and steady.

The reason why people think its not possible is that people do not fathom that anyone is going to do 3 hours of cardio a DAY, but, it can be done and is done by people like bodybuilders all the time.

–If you do that much exercise, you will likely have a little bit of an appetite suppressed state from your blood sugar getting stabalized, which will make it easier to keep your calories on the low side. Take advantage of that and keep your calories as low as possible without starving.

–Eat a LOT of fiber: beans, veggies and fruits. Be a fiber eating machine all day long. Shoot for daily beans and raw foods.

–Keep calories as low as possible without starving yourself. What this means is, shoot for eating the least amount of calories you can without feeling starved. If you feel starved, your metabolism will drop and wreck your efforts. Keep trying to see how low you can drop your calories to the minimum without starving yourself and without it effecting your stamina for the exercise.

–Spread your food out in at least 5 meals. Keep in mind, I am even calling eating a pear a meal. Its vital to do this so that your bloodsugar levels remain stable and you don’t crash.

–Shoot for 6 days of exercise.

–Keep increasing your intensity levels as needed to keep burning a BUNCH of calories.

See? It can be done, but, VERY few people would commit to this, so, in that sense, when people say it cant be done, they are sorta right because very, very few people would commit to this. It can be done, but there are no gimmicks, this is a lot of work and focus.

For some people, this way works better because there is a lot of excitement around a project like this. Sometimes trying to just drop 1.5 lbs a week falls apart because there is little passion around it. I think like this could be great because of how amped up you’d have to get.

Go for it. Create reasons WHY you want to lose this weight and keep reviewing them daily with emotion and you will likely drop the 20 lbs in a month or at least come very close.
