How much weight can I lose in 2 weeks if I really work hard at it?

I need to lose as much as I can by the 26th.. (and keep it off) I want to set a reasonable goal, but how much can I lose in that time?

Probably somewhere between 5-12 lbs. Just remember to not over do it.

It’s reasonable and healthy to lose 1.5 lbs per week, which is 78 lbs per year. But in the beginning of a weight loss goal or program, people tend to lose weight faster. You could always eliminate the calories you intake since 3500 calories is about 1 lb. So I think if you can maintain a reasonable goal for a long time, no more than losing 2 lbs per week. So if you have two weeks and you want to lose weight at a healthy rate, I’d say at most 5 lbs.

The first week or two is where most people lose weight, anything from 1kg to 5 kg depending how chubby you were to start with….After 2 weeks, your body ‘starts” to recover from the ‘shock’ as it now getting use to you eating and eating differently……If you want a quick fit but only for a short period of time, the cabbage soup diet works and you will see result within a week but only stick to this diet for no more then a 1 month as it’s not very good long term…..Be mindful with cabbage you will fart a lot, I tried it once when I needed to fit into a dress I just had to have and lost 2kg but keep farting almost every few hours. :P

Ohhhhhh, I’m so seeing, sexy lingerie, sexy fish net stocking…..If you select one of the quick soup diets it will work but you need to stick to it religious and not cheat……..ohhhhh your boyfriend is a lucky man :P

Beyonce uses this cleanse before her award ceremonies to look her best and fit the dress =)

i would do 10 or 14 days if you want real results.. the first 3 days can be hard but after that you feel amazing energy and are not attracted to eating at all =)

btw this is not a fasting diet. if you follow the directions you are never starving.. you are not going to look for food at all. you are also getting all the vitamins and nutrients your body needs and that’s why it’s satisfying.. once or twice a year it’s good to do this type of program and give your body a break from food so your body can reset and get rid of excess stuff lying around in the intestines.

i have lost 21 pounds in about two months with out trying so idk, if you keep your mind on it and watch what you eat and eat healthier then you should be good. but just dont starve yourself, it doesnt work trust me.

Haven’t tried this soup as beef isn’t my thing…The Heart Foundation only ever approve food or meals if it’s good for Aussie folks heart and health….IF they give a big ‘tick’ to any food brand, it means it’s healty etc.

good idea! i wish you a lot of luck.. i lost 60 pounds over the last year and i did that once every few months for either 14 days or 5 depending on my mood and followed up with regular exercize and a more or less almost no sugar or white rice in my diet.. no soda.. more water.. etc.. i feel so much better but i’m looking to lose another 20 pounds and tone up more =) good luck!!!
