I am a 32 year old African American female. I am 5'10 and weigh 262 Ibs. If trying to set a realistic goal, how much weight showed I aim to loose?
You must set a realisic goal that you know you can reach... I would say 2- five pounds a month.. Your eatting habits must change and you need to do some kind of exercise to go along with this process. Your exersice time will start at a low rate, because you need to build that up. Example": 1 min. to 4 mins.. as time goes on and you are continuing to exersice your time will being to increase... Best Luck.. I kow its hard, because, my mom is going throught the same thing and I tell her in due time you will tell... Time and effort pays off a lot in a excellent way...
My sister is also 5'10 and she feels her best at 190. Where she is slim but still has curves.
