Weigh a lot, look fat, but still fit into tiny clothes?

Okay so at the moment I am weighing at least 3 kilos more on the scales and feel fat, look fat yet am still fitting into these tiny clothes and every now and again catch a glimpse of myself sideways or somthing different in the mirror and I have some bones showing. I know though that I must be fatter caus of the scales. What is going on???

Your mind is a complex thing, people with anorexia think they are fat even if they are too skinny, I think your scales are showing your muscle weight and your mind is just trying to make you feel fat. I think it sounds like you are way way way too skiny if you can fit into tiny clothes and most scarily, can see your bones! It is unhealthy and you have to find out why your mind thinks you are fat ( your not by the way), it might just be you need more attention. If your clothes look good, your fine!!

Hope this helps hun!!
