I feel like killing myself a lot but I dont want to because I want to see my future and I dont want to hurt the few that care about me. I already go to therphy and it doesnt really help. I just hate my past and dont want to live in the present. I either have blocked out te bad things from my past or cant get it out of my head. I am 15 female I live in alabama and I am Bi. I grew up in a strip club were my mother worked till she had her stroke when I was 5. I have lived with my step dad since then.
Been there and it took a long time to figure this whole life thing out. Stuff is going to suck sometimes but its going to go right a lot of the time based on what you do and how you think about things. Drugs and alcohol will not really help because it will help you mess up more than anything else. Trust me on that one.
Look, you are alive, you are in the country where people are killing themselves to get to because you can make your life what you want it to be. Focus on what is going right in your life. Make things go a little more right everyday. One day at a time. And learn from the stuff that you can see does not work. Being happy is a mystery to most people but its really simple:
Everyday write down 5 things that you are happy about or just glad you have. Think about things that are good, that are going right, and learn from stuff that does not work so you are getting your life a little better everyday. Don't look for everything that is wrong. Don't hold on to feelings where people that have wronged you. And try to help people along the way because having a purpose in life and making a difference really makes you feel good too.
THINK ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAYIN. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING TO LIVE? GOD PUT YOU ON THIS EARTH FOR A REASON AND YOU HAVE TO BE STRONG. TRUST ME SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FIGHT THROUGH THE PAIN BEFORE GOOD THINGS HAPPEN, THATS WHATS GONNA MAKE YOU STRONG . THERE SO MANY YOUNG ADULTS THATS HOSPITALIZED FIGHTING FOR THEIR LIVES WITHOUT A CHOICE WEATHER TO LIVE OR DIE. DON'T BE SELFISH. IF THEIRS NO ONE TO LOVE YOU THEN YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF. LOOK AT YOURSELF AND MAKE A CHANGE ONLY YOU CAN DO IT
just because things seem bad now doesn't mean that they will stay that way...believe me things will get better...hang in there and just remember that you are special and someone loves you!!! please don't kill yourself
I had a friend of mine that has the same thing going on...if it helps just surround yourself with your friends and remember you have it better then a lot of people...again please don't kill yourself that would be absolutely horrible
