I probably makes you feel happy, content and makes you feel like you are getting back to nature perhaps? That in turn could raise your spirits and energise you at the same time. Keep going for those walks :)
Walking barefoot is always great, if the weather is right for it. Not only on the grass but also on rock, sand, mud, earth or carpet. It's a massage for your feet.
i swear if i am tired and go walk arounf barefoot in the grass i feel energized. Must have somethin to do wit when i was little nd played in the grass.
I don't know if it gives you energy, but it feels great!
